Note: All clients are required to sign a waiver before scheduling with us.

For the health and well-being of our staff and other clients, please reschedule your appointment if you are ill.

Please provide us with at least 48 hour notice to reschedule, modify, or cancel your appointment. Less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of that service.
If you miss your appointment and we aren't notified or you need to cancel the same day of your appointment with us, you will be charged 100% value of the service booked. You will receive an online payment request from Rock Paper Scissors Salon and we please ask that you pay promptly in order to rebook with us.

We require a 50% deposit for any color service booked that will take 4 hours or longer, and an automatic gratuity is added to the final bill.

Please call if you are running late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late into your scheduled appointment you may or may not need to be rescheduled. This depends on your stylist’s schedule, the service, and your hair. You will be charged 100% service fee if you are too tardy to be seen.

We welcome any necessary adjustments to your haircut or color within 7 days of your original appointment date. An adjustment does not apply if you are wanting something other than what was discussed during your consultation.

We will gladly exchange a product that has been opened, but barely used. Sometimes it takes a while to find the perfect product!

Well behaved kids are always welcome at RPS, but please know that our art and music may not always be appropriate for your child.

All RPS clients are required to acknowledge and accept the terms our Waiver in order to book with us. 👉🏽 Read the Waiver
